After being charged for the wrong price for a product; customer care gave me my money back due to their cash back policy, however there was no apology given! The customer care at Hatfield is shocking- we waited for 20 minutes to sort out this problem, treated with no respect due to the fact that I'm a student! Second problem, when leaving the store, the lady at the parking ticket counter in pick n pay, refused to sort out my parking ticket; her words "you did not shop from here"! Even though I was holding pick n pay packets and the reason I could not have shown her a slip was due to the fact that customer care kept my slip due to the price error of the product. It really disgusts me, that I have to be treated poorly with no respect because I only a 22 year old student! I have been a loyal shopper at pick n pay for over 4 years now, after the service I received today- I am looking to find an alternative to pick n pay.
