Livid customer due to pathetic service

We applied for credit at Stoneridge branch for the 16 piece furniture special on Sunday 3 Feb. We were told that only the coffee table was out of stock. We asked William to please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange delivery etc, and because we had a 5 day cancellation period. He never phoned me. Every time he told me that he was going to phone me back, he never did. I believe that he deliberately stalled this deal for us NOT to cancel. Then we found out that they only have 3 items in stock. During the course of that week 13 different people phoned me from the wear house asking if they can deliver on Tuesday, i told them they can only deliver on Saturday. I have also spoken to Zakele (manager), he assured me that he will phone me back on Monday with the final arrangements. He never did, i had to phone to find out that both of them were on leave. We had to resort driving to the store and threaten these people with lawyers just to get and answer out of them.
I will never in my life do business with ANY Furniture City store again, you are a bunch of pathetic and useless that knows nothing about customer service. Will do everything in my power to sue you!!!
