Poor performance since day 1

On the 30th of December we visited the Eco Park branch of Furniture City. After seeing the lounge set we wanted, and being told that we could get 30% off all items in store by the floor staff, and that it applied to all items standing on the floor, since the branch is closing, all went pear shaped from there. After sitting down to finalize the sale, we were told 15min later that the 30% does not apply to promotional items. First mistake. Still wanting the set we decided to go forth with the purchase anyway. Asking when they might deliver, we were asked if it was okay with us if they delivered a bit later that week, on Thursday or Friday maybe. As not to rush anyone, we agreed that it would be fine. So I took off from work the Thursday and Friday. No furniture arrived. Second mistake. Got a phone call from Charlene on Monday asking if it would be convenient if they can deliver on Wednesday, I agreed it would be fine, seeing that I would be leaving on holiday the Thursday, so one extra day off from work won't be a problem. No delivery on Wednesday, 3rd mistake. Phoned Charlene on Thursday morning (10Jan), its Thursday 14:00, no delivery. Phoned twice again, only to be told no stock available???
