On 24 Oct. 2013 I bought a phone at home as I was trying to charge it didn't't charge. On 25 Oct 2013 I sent it back and they tested it and found that the charger was faulty. They then offered me an old charger which I refused totally cause from what I know they were suppose to give me a you phone. ...
