I bougth a trolley full of food at Woolworths. I parked on the second level, and use the lift inside the store, to exit at the same level where I parked. They already closed the doors n the second floor, and told me to exit at the first floor. That meNs that I have to carry the goods in the trolley to my car, on the second level. I asked them very nicely, just to open for me, because the goods is heavy, and I can't carry it. The refuse, and said they can't help. If I knew that, I would not have bought a trolley full of goods. On the end they left me no chois to carry all the goods, first to the first level, and then to the second level again. I think that is totally unexcepted, to expect that from a client. I wold have take them not even two minutes, just to open the door. I am not going to buy at Woolworths again, and will make sure, that everone knows about their pathetc service.
