No feedback to repeated CSI requests!

I am so disappointed in Parmalat. They have a link on their website for CSI (Corporate Social Investment) requests. This is an automated email with no details of the relevant department or manager provided.
I have sent 2 requests via this functionality to ask for a very small donation (in relation to the size of Parmalat) for my son's school fundraiser.

Our school has partnered with a NGO and our objective is to build and stock libraries for poor primary schools in South Africa. We completed one such project with a school in Kayelitsha last year and plan to complete another one in 2013.

To do this, we raise funds through a market day annually and the stall that I'm responsible for is the children's sweetie stall. Through the Parmalat website, I asked Parmalat for 90 bottles of Steri Stumpie, to be used both as part of the decoration (and thus wonderful advertisement for the company) as well as to sell to kids on the day.

I have had no reply from the website. Today I phoned the head office in Stellenbosch and was told there is no person I can speak to, the website is the only way of communication.

Is there anyone at Parmalat who can help me with the small sponsorship?
