I approched client services online and requested they track down a specific ring- within a matter of an hour or so Boying had gotten back to me with the place, price, details and the great news that it was on sale! Tracy confirmed all the details relating to cut, material, etc. They even took the time to upload and send me a picture of the exact ring!

I recommend contacting Browns for all jewellery because even IF something goes wrong, client services is an absolute pleasure to deal with and never leaves you waiting- even follow up emails were replied to- and even sooner than the original.
