Terrible dissapointment

During March I took my wife to Browns at The Pavillion to purchase a ring, the person helping us was Elsa, the ring was too big, we were told that it needs to be resized, I paid in full and off we went. We were told that it will be ready in 3 days, an hour later I receive a call from Elsa saying that due to the design of the ring it cannot be resized and Browns will have a ring made in the exact design at no extra cost, we were told that this takes about 5 days, two weeks later not having heard back I called the store and was told that the ring was there, we went to pick up, a lady by the name of Prishantha assisted us, to our surprise we were presented with a resized ring, it had been resized by so much that even the Browns engraving had been slightly compromised, however this ring was still too big, we were advised that maybe due to the cold weather my wife's finger had shrunk, a few days later I called the store as the ring was still loose, we were told to bring it in and they will have the new ring made again at no extra cost, another two weeks go by and I get a call from Browns saying that I have to pay extra as the ring is being made or they cant do anything further, Pathetic!
