Ad service, bad attitude in a furnisher shop

I lay bye a sofa set last year May and paid it off on October and collected it on November they told me its genuine leather in the front but not at the back (leather uppers), but within 3 months the sofas started tearing on the front where we sit I went to the shop in February to lay my complain and the store manager wrote an sworn agreement that they will attend to the problem within 2 weeks they will come to pick it up or send someone from their shop to the house to repair it, but its been 3 months I haven't heard anything from them, I don't know what to do cause I paid a lot of money for it only to get a bad service please assist me. I have lost my retail receipt but I do have a sworn agreement. I would really appreciate if u can attend to my problem as soon as possible.
