Purchused a bed online and made the EFT payment yesterday at 13:05 PM.Sent through POP.Get a call today by a gentleman I can hardly hear or make out. All I could make out is there is no stock and it will take 14 working days. So I explain to him that if I cannot have one by 19 Feb, then I would like to cancell my order and that the refund please be made back to my account in due time as i need a bed by the 19th and will rather purchase one somewhere else. I told him that my proof of payment was sent to them and that i will just reply on there to provide my bank details and he says its fine.5minutes later i get a call back. Again not being able to make out what he is saying and getting frustrated as he is trying to give me an e-mail adress i ask that he please hand the phone to someone who can just speak clearer as i cannot understand him. He transfers me and then answers again. So i ask him politely to call someone that i can speak to as i cannot make out his mumbling and errors in trying to spell an simple e-mail adress to me.and guess what, he puts the phone down in my ear! NICE SERVICE Dial-a-bed! NEVER AGAIN! Please refer to my e-mails sent to [Email Removed] and refund my mone
