I ordered flowers and chocolates on valentines day, Only the flowers got delivered. I followed up 3 times with Netflorist. No refund has been done as I have asked. I have heard from friends that this is usually how netflorist operates. They dont deliver an item, and then usually come back and give you a R 150 voucher which is useless in any case.
