ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE

HI,

I would just like to advise anybody that considers using woolworths online service to STOP and rather purchase from places like zando, you may have to pay cash instead of have it go on your account but you'll get what you requested.
I ordered chocolates and a couple clothing items for fathers day, and guess what my dad only gets chocolates which he has to unpack from a pick n pay packet and have it returned back to the delivery guy.

I laid a complaint on sunday night, I get no response from anyone, at 11am on Tuesday I phone in and a lady by the name of Janine assists me she promises to give me a call which she does at 4:30 that to with no real solution to my issue - she notifies me that it will be delivered today its already 2:15 and no delivery has been made.

she then has the nerve to ask me if I order frequently from woolworths online shop and I say no and she says well if you did I could've given you a R50 voucher. REALLY??? R50???

NOT TO MENTION that she wasn't even concentrating on what she was saying to me cause she was busy having a chat with someone else.

WOOLWORTHS IS THE WORST ONLINE STORE TO DEAL WITH!!!
