After a number of attempts to get hold of you telepathically with out any luck, I have to resort to sending you messages on Facebook. I ordered 12 roses to be delivered to my Wife on Valentines Day with a teddy bear. The roses got delivered in a terrible state without any teddy bear which I paid extra for and the Card that the message was written on had No name of the person it was delivered for or even the message that I asked for.. It was not only valentines day for us but our 8 years anniversary... This is shocking, if this is how you do business its terrible.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
