On 4 December 2012 I returned a fridge that I had purchased in December 2011. It was still under warranty. I was advised that it would go in for repairs. On Sunday 3 February 2012, after hearing nothing back from Boardmans, i went into the store to enquire about the fridge. The manager had promised faithfully to call me on Monday and took copies of the documentation. Nothing received yet, no call!
