Worst service and been thrown from pillar to post!

I purchased a fridge in 2011 - October... the fridge did come with a guarantee for 2 years which have just ended... luckily I also purchased and extended guarantee for another 2 years. Over the Christmas period I was on holiday and got back on the 13/01/2014.Upon my arrival back from my holiday, ive notice that the fridge was on but not working the worst smell ever came out of this fridge (not blaming anyone for this). I called game to advise that my fridge is not working and what is the process from now, was advised that the system does not allow them to view any document bought exceeding 1 year, luckily I had my receipt and was advised to come to the store and the will assist. Upon arrival (12/01/2014) I was advised that I must wait 28hours for a service person to call.i haven't received a call from any person regarding repairs on my fridge but yet I recieved a call from game yesterday (14/01/2014) = 48hours, I was thereafter advised that they staff advised me incorrectly and I was assured a call from a service person today (15/01/2014)... I still haven't received any call whatsoever and my fridge is outside in my complex and I have recieved a fine for leaving my stuff outside
