I am so impressed thank you Andre Reddy Digital Eye Cape Town! Within hours of my complaint Andre came back to me, apologized profusely to how my complaint (overcharge) was handled. I was reimbursed for what I was overcharged AND the monies placed in my " Digital memory card " by outlet I complained about were left in, which means I was reimbursed double the amount actually due. Mr Andre Reddy was apologetic, and most courteous - wow thank you Digital Eye and Andre wish more people would handle a valid complaint as you did! Thank you to Hello Peter for a great service!
