More a warning than a complaint. Went to their brand new store in Rustenburg. (Worst is I own a buss in the same centre) Bought a Proform 950 treadmill priced R 13 000. Specif went there because of their reputation? Assembly was easy. Problem is its bent? Frame? The platform when lifted is skew. Went to the store next day. Theirs is the same. From then to now its stories and excuses. Then they want serial numbers (like I bought it somewhere else), then these will come out and then those will come out. Had 2 appointments and my wife had to stay home. Didn't pitch! No "we are not coming" "sorry we didn't make it" Great SMW... Branch managerer seems a little out of her depth. Very friendly. Don't return calls... Convinced now this is a defective product and the lawyer has it on his table. Really thought a retailer of this size would be able to do better and not run like! Never demanded anything and was really patient..no communication whatsoever unless I phone to complain... shows you... Anyway, you have been warned! Worst is the two numbers on their website doesnt even work! Why trade if you want to run!
