I bought a cellphone last week by american swiss in three rivers, after one day after charging the phone for several hours it heated up, loses signal, as well as given me blank screens, phoned the head office requesting that i want my money back as though i dont want a new phone as this is already dissapointing me as it is, the branch manager of three rivers phoned me telling me i need to bring it in sending it away for 3 days in the meantime im losing business because i dont have communication? i have 2 accounts with the tfg group and just decided after this whole episode im closing it asap the attitude of the lady really me off, and will make sure no one of my friends group will buy from the tfg group again.
