My wife and iI recently decided to redo our lounge and made the worst mistake of our lives:
1. We put our trust into a retailer that over promise and under deliver
2. We gave the retailer oppertunity after oppertunity to correct their mistakes
3. We believed that they will fufil their promise
- as a result we now pay the price
The My Home store in George do not have the slightest of idea as to after sales service. With the onset the sales staff are friendly and just to eager to help... (a farse and cohersion into buying from them). They sent us couches that came of their floor; a home theatre that is to be believed 2nd hand stock (This coming from their delivery team) after replacement and rplacement we still have a faulty home theatre and we are having to pay our account. I will be in consultation with my lawyers to resolve this issue... in the meantime do yourselves a favour "STAY AWAY!!! " I will also not stop my bickering; i will complain on every public platform until this have been resolved
