KALAHARI takes your money but do not delive

On 6th Feb I ordered and paid for Gobii 7' e-reader and cover. Order 9978824 9978745. I received confirmation emails stating payment received. On 11 Feb I called to find out why only one order was dispatched, to hear that it was sent from different locations and that my e-reader will still be sent during THIS WEEK!!! Today is 14 Feb... after calling Kalahari again... to find out that THERE IS NO STOCK and that I will have to wait until 15 March... a MONTH... but you have to pay upfront..and call around the clock!!! Call centre just says..sorry..there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO to speed up anything... how is that for customer services... taking your money and saying nothing on print..THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! When my payment reflected... there was stock... all of a sudden..nothing..SORT THIS OUT!
