Bad Service to Customers

On Valentines day I went to Edgars Northgate to buy a present with my Thank U Points. Only to discover that the amount reflected on my account is not the same as on their system. The difference was about R149.00 and I wanted to know why? I went to the Customer Service counter, where nobody could give me any answers. It was during lunch time and only one person to accommodate ALL the customers. Koena (the employee) phoned their 086 no with but they couldn't assist him in the querie. He was told to log a call, which he did, and said he will come back to me with an answer. I also obtained the service desk e-mail which said I have to go back to the branch so that a call can be logged. I replied that it was done by the branch, and requested why they can not be of assistance. Up to today, more than a week later, I haven't had a reply from neither the service desk nor Koena phoning me back with an explanation. So where do you go if you have a querie is my question? And is this Customer Service? I don't think so.
