Bad experience from kalahari - twice in 2 weeks

This is now a second time I had to cancel a kalahari order due to delays and them not living up to the dispatch and delivery dates mentioned on the web site. With the latest order I orders 3 items that were all in stock according to the web site. I got the confirmation email stating that payment was received, and the order will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Needless to say this time passed and the order was not dispatched. Logging into the web site I noticed that the expected delivery date all of a sudden changed, with no notification being sent to me. I then phoned the call centre to find out what is happening, and was informed that one of the items in my order was not in stock. This is not acceptable as I made sure that when I placed the order that all the items were in stock.
This will be the last time I will be using kalahari. Their service deteriorated extremely within the last few months.
