Hi there.
I purchased a few items from Kalahari on the 5 December. I was told that the items would be delivered on the 31 December. I only received a few items and I am still awaiting the main order, which was also scheduled for the 31 December. I have not received any feedback from Kalahari stating that this order will be delayed or any apologies for the delay. I have also tried calling Kalahari numerous times, but I end up holding on forever and no one answers the call.
As a regular shopper on Kalahari, I find this lack of service very distasteful and upsetting.
It surely comes across as if all Kalahari care about is taking your money and not the about any form of customer service afterwards. I will definitely think twice before I refer anyone to them and before I shop on their site again.!
