On the 13th of Feb 2013, I reported a stuff member (Donald) that gave me a bad attitude while assisting me with my account balance and I reported him to his manageress Mrs Rashieda Abrahms and I even wrote my statement and she promised to give me feedback but I'm still waiting for it, nobody contacted me after that till now I I was very dissappointed and upset to an extend that I even closed my Edgars account. I had a Witness that also works for the company and when he asked the Mrs Rashieda about the outcomes, she and said I was contacted and I'm happy and satisfied with the ountcomes and that's shocking news to me because The last Time I heard from her, was when I was given poor customer service and wrote a statement about it.
