I have recently purchased things from Edgars Active in Middelburg and asked for it to be put on my 6 month payment plan which is interest free. The lady at the counter told me that she cannot choose this payment plan as it was removed by Edgars. When I enquired about this at customer services, I was told that Edgars no longer offer 6 months interest free payment options, but rather the default 12 months plan at 22% interest per annum. How can Edgars change a legal contract that I have signed with them years ago, without my consent. No more Edgars... My account will be closed at the end of this month.
