WW advertised Nescafe Classic "Smooth and Rich" (Old design, Square bottle) on shopping website - and as I cant find product in Supermarkets I ordered online. Website picture is of a bottle of the Nescafe Smooth/Rich Rich - hence I emailed Online Shopping to double check that it is indeed what is advertised and not new product. Sheena George confirmed it is definitely the old square bolttle/ design - which is Smooth & Rich. Based on this I ordered 6 bottles. - Today I receive RICH AND FULL FLAVOURED!! NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE!!! Pathetic - she obviously did not double check to confirm as per my email request - a probably just replied in a hurry
I have been given incorrect information - despite me asking WW to DOUBLE CHECK - and they confirmed incorrect information,
- wasting my time and money!! WW is misleading and supplying wrong information!!! There is a HUGE DIFFERENCE between the square bottle and the new bottles!! Totally different coffee!!! Please arrange for this product to be collected & refunded including delivery fee!
NOT prepared to go to WW store to return & waste my time/money - due to this silly womans efficiency!!
