Nescafe Classic has been re-formulated to Rich and Full Flavour without thought of those who actually enjoyed the Smooth and Rich!! Even the Nescafe Gold is now full flavour! Spare a thought for those who actually enjoyed the Smooth and Rich - why couldnt you still keep making smooth and rich in addition to the rich and full flavour... so people have a choice! If 90 percent of the market enjoy Rich and Full Flavour - then why cant you cater for the 10 percent of the market that enjoy smooth and rich as well?? Please advise! I have long loved the Smooth and Rich - so have a lot of people in my office/ home / surrounds - and now we dont drink Nescafe at all cos of the horrible full roast that you have introduced! Please advise - I watnt smooth and rich!!
