I have been a Nescafe Classic coffee drinker for the last few years. Since the change to the new packaging the taste has also changed dramatically. It now tastes burnt and bitter. I have bought a bottle of Gold and blend it with Classic myself in order not to waste it.
The worst part is trying to communicate a complaint via their SA and global website - conveniently the links don't work. For a multi national with a long reputation this is unacceptable
