Poor service - misleading information on website

I ordered a product on [URL Removed] for the first time on 3 Dec, having ordered online on numerous occasions before through other websites, who delivered on time.
It is claimed on [URL Removed] that orders ordered before 11am will be delivered on the same day if one stays in Cape Town. I ordered a product, (which I could also have ordered on another website for the same price), because of this "same day delivery" claim, because I am due to go to hospital, for some days.
I spent one day at home, waiting for delivery, which did not happen, and phoned the next morning (5 Dec) at 7h30, and was informed by customer care that the product will only be delivered by 10 Dec, because of a backlog. I explained that I require delivery today, and was promised feedback - I had to phone again 2 hours later, to be told that they'll get back to me. At approximately 12h00 I was phoned and asked whether I could pick it up at the warehouse, to which I replied I couldn't, and am now still waiting for feedback! Who knows when I'll get feedback, or the product, and now I won't be at home to accept - all because of their misleading promise on the website of "same day delivery".
