Paying a fortune for junk

In September 2011, I purchased a 3 piece lounge suite from the above branch. It was delivered in early October 2011. When i received it, I was'nt impressed with the condition, as the stitches were loose and uneven and the cushion seats were uneven. After several calls to the store, Notty and the rep from House of Montani came to my house to assess the goods. The rep insisted that the lounge suite was still new, and that it needed to be used in order for the flaws to settle. I was'nt happy. However, in January 2013 i noticed the stitches opening up and the 3 seater started to sink in. I spoke to Notty again, who promised he would call me back, but did'nt. I, then called back a week later, and he could'nt recall our previous conservation. He called me back after I verbalised I was going to report the store. He verbalised that nothing could be done, as the lounge suite as passed its guarantee date. I'm now stuck with a lounge suite that I am afraid to use with fear that it may fall apart... DISGUSTED
