I bought 3 piece lounge suit at n1 City branch and the 3 seater was faulty. I then contacted the sales lady Maryke advising her of this. She took her own time in arranging for the couce to be changed. I had to call several times to get the update. I manage to get hold of her manager Eugene and they aggreed to change the whole lounge suite.
Eugene called me advising that the 1 seater is faulty, therefore they will only change the other 2 and I aggreed on that. They brought the 3 seater and the 2 seater couche and now the 2 seater is damaged and broken, making a squeaky noise. I advised Maryke about this and still the same thing that I went through before that I have to call her on a daily basis asking for feedback. She just told me now she is busy with her customer meaning that i must just wait as im no longer the customer. Where is customer service to the people? Im so angry with this lady.
