I bought a milan leather 3 piece lounge set from Abour Crossing in about July 2013. On delivery i was not happy with the set as the 3 seater which had a cracking sound when sitting and also the leather was damaged at the back. The 2 seater also the leather was torn. A complaint was made and replacment was sent. Unforturnatly on delivery the 2 seater was of complete different colour and not leather which i returned immediately. The 3 seater was so fully covered with dust that we could not even see the right colour of the leather. After cleaning the seater rejects on the leather surface were noticed and also the stitching was not aligned correctly. We laid another complaint and from then to date we been to by various people at the store. Latest was we will receive a missing 2 seater before christmas and the 3 seater will be returned back to the factory for repairs as this unit is discontinued. We have been back and forth to the store many a time and made various phone call only to be to. I hope this complaint is actioned with a speedy resolution.
