We had purchased a lounge set, beds and a home theatre system in February from Joshua Doore in Phoenix. Our sale had come close to R30 000 and at that time even the manager was assisting us with selecting our items. Over the next 2 or 3 months we had noticed that our 3 seater was making a lous sound like something had broken inside. We called them and even visited the shop but still nothing was done. When they did eventually call back they had told us that they had lost our documents. This was very frustrating and it had come to a point that my mom had to go inside the shop and reprimanded that the service was terrible. They had evenetually sent the warehouse guys to come an fetch the couches but by this time all the couches were faulty. They took our 2 seater and 1 seater but left the 3 seater and promised us that they would come to our house n fix it because it was too big to take out. We have always been calling them to find out whats happenening but on very rare occasions would they return our call. We are sooo fed-up and dont know what to do anymore.
