On 12 Feb 2013, time (13:46:09) I purchased 3 pairs of shoes in Rage stores, one of the pairs was ladies sandal ref: ADL001PUAM040 (LEOPARD SKIN), I requested size 4, and to my surprise when I got home it was size 4 and 7 and by then i was assisted by Elisa. Today (14 Feb 2013, 15:26) I went back to the shop and requested a correct size, I was assisted by Tumelo. Tumelo didnt even apologise for the inconvenience caused by the store, instead she requested me to choose another shoe as they didn't have another size 4, nd i denied, she requested me to go to another Rage store to get size 4. My question is, when a client is purchasing an item, especially shoes, who is supposed to check if whats in the box is correct? And why should i suffer and go to another store and get another pair? Brenda the supervisor came, even her, she didnt have the sense to apologize, she honky apologised after I requested her to do so. My other question is, if you are a supervisor, doesnt one of your job spec is to retain a client? They where just ready to refund me, without even trying to solve my frustration, it looked like I am the one who has a problem and i should sort it out. Utterly path
