So I opened an Identity account and was paying it well for a couple of months. I skipped JUST ONE installment and just yesterday I received a call saying that they're handing over my account.. Really?! Whats worse is the fact that I applied for a Truworths account and was declined and yet I was approved for an Identity account. I gladly accepted it and now you're threatning to hand over my account?! Really?! Its fine, I will pay it up and close it. Thank you
