Horrific Customer Services & Unfair Billing

I payed my account in advance in March to cover my April Installment but my account has been handed to the collection department even though my account is up to date. I called the Identity Customer care and i spoke to one of their consultant and she told me that my account would be updated as she can see on her side as well that i made an advance payment, then two days later i get a call from the collection department again saying that my account is in arrears and i did not pay my April installment, i tried to explain to them that i did pay in advance but the consultant and her supervisor said Identity does not accept advance payment and i was so shocked to hear that. to make matters worse both the consultant and the supervisor were utterly RUDE and this is not the 1st time this is happening to me because in February as well the same thing happened I had to call their head office and also log a complain to hellopeter as well before my problem can be resolved and they even promised that this will never happen again but it seems like the abuse will never stop.
