YDE = The bain of my existence

I opened a small YDE account 2 years ago, late 2011. I then asked to pay manually as I do not trust debit orders. After about 2 months of paying manually YDE calls to say they haven't received any payments from me. After 5 days of searching for my money floating around they eventually say they had found it after numerous calls from consultants to my work and leaving messages with my colleagues. So after 2 months of what was supposed to be debit orders they call again to say that I'm in arrears. I had to reconfirm all my details once again and hope and pray they listened to me. Low and behold I get another message from YDE in December - after AGAIN calling my office to try and get hold of me!! They called me ON MY HOLIDAY to ask me where my money was. I was at my wits end. I confirmed my details AGAIN. I came back from holiday to close my account forever because I have had enough! I settled it at the Sandton store and walked away hoping that THIS would be the last time. I wanted to do personal banking today and found that my account was still in arrears!! I had to get a statement to say my account had been settled. Only to find that it takes 48 hours!! Just the WORST Service ever!!
