Hi need help
My mom received a (FREE) Polaroid Tablet from Homemark but with a invoice of R2500 after continuously telling them that she was not interested and they told her that it was a FREE gift. After opening the package we found that the Tablet had already been opened and used, and later discovered that all the persons personal info was still on the tablet.
We told Homemark several times that we do not want to buy any thing from them and they told my mom that it is free but they charged my mom R2500 for something she did not want.
So how do i help my mom to get her Credit Card number of Homemark and get here money back.
And can i take any legal action because they sold me a used item and can the previous owner take action because i have all her personal details
