Homemark Mo's business ethics

On the 22 April 2013 Homemark Mo deducted an amount of R3300.00 from my account. On the same day I went to FNB to reverse the funds back but they could not as I had to log a claim and then I called Homemark Mo and spoke to Kate who said the money will be refunded within 48 hours which i was happy with. On the 23/04/2013 an agent of homemark called Mpho and says I will not get a refund as I had ordered a camera and a tablet on the 14/02/2013 which is not true. We argued and I got very emotional as I feel that they are my money and I have debts to pay why would I order anything in these bad economical times. This guy was basically forcing me to accept those thing and I told him several times I am not interested and I was never interested in their products and i would like the to give my money back ASAP.Please can I be helped in this regard. Part of the money thet took is from my car that I sold as I could make ends meet, I waited 4 months for SMD to deposite it and now Homemark just takes it.
