Pansolutions is the supplier of my printing solution. I have moved away from my old business premises but needs to take some of the printers with me to my new business as per a partners agreement. I have sent numerous requests etc for information, documents for transfer and installation of the printers without any response, which has now come to a point where I can not have any mercy anymore. I am paying R2 000 for a printer at the moment which pansolutions have not even installed or delivered at my office yet as Luis Dos Santos Duarte promissed. They can not even tell me how the amount I am paying is made up, I just have to pay, for something that is not in my posession and which I can not use due to their poor service. My calls are never returned, I have just given up.
