We are a electrical engineering company and we bought 2 x ES printers from Printacom with a maintenance and service contract we have the same problem of paper jams for the last year it takeS months for them to respond to our calls and when they eventually do come out to see us they still cant fix the problem, best of all they cant even set up all the printers to our laptops, I am from Germany and I am shocked of this level of service as well as poor quality of the machines.
