Rental purchase abuse

I purchased a small printer on a 60 months rental/purchase agreement for our lodge. It was agreed in writing by Pansolutions that they would cede ownership after 2 additional months. This was arranged as I went overseas for 5 years and wanted to ensure everything was taken care of. On my return I was shocked to find that a monthly debit order of almost R2000 was running to Sasfin, whom I later discovered Pansolutions ceded ownership to but never communicated the ceding arrangement that was made. Sasfin has charged me about R50 000 after ownership was suppose to happen, and now refuse to refund me. I never engaged with Sasfin and all my contracts were done with Pansolutions who are now just passing the buck to Sasfin. Sasfin and possibly Pansolutions has clearly been enriched without providing a product or service in return. Small businesses such as ours should be aware of the way some providers enrich themselves by extending original contract periods indefinitely without even giving notice.
