Terrible Product

Two years ago I signed a 5 year lease-to-own contract for a Taskalfa 250ci a with Pansolutions Port Elizabeth. For the past year the machine had numerous recurring problems, the primary problem being black shadows on the prints and copies. In the past two months we had to record more than 10 service calls for this problem. The technicians at Pansolutions have replaced every possible part on this almost new machine and still the problem persists. I hate to think what the next 3 years will be like with a inferior product like this.
It's like buying a new car that needs a weekly service!
