I absolutely love the quality of printing Silver Banana achieve. It is very unfortunate that the management is very unprofessional and does not know how to manage the office at all. I have been printing with Silverbanana for years and as a freelance designer always referred my client to them.
It is only since the beginning of the year that the service has deteriorated. I can bore everybody with all the details, but what it basically comes down to is that I was just told I am a horrible and difficult person. i am sorry but just because I have standards and believe people need to have business etiquette.
This was the email from the manager at Silverbanana:
Hi There
Well there is no one else that can help you I do all the quotes and Placing the orders so good luck with a new printers.

She even sent me a list of printers I could try: here are some other printers you could try for the future.

So, maybe you should try these too before going to Silverbanana.
I think I rest my case where I said she had no business etiquette to start with... because this just proves it.
