VERY VERY POOR ONLINE SERVICE! - WHY EVEN HAVE AN ONLINE SERVICE?
My 1st order with woolworths online I received my goods with a delivery invoice that I have received all of my orders, but one item that was missing - I Had call & find out what happened - Reply (maybe there was no stock)
My Next issues is the main reason for this - I Placed an order about almost 1 month ago - only know whats happening now after waiting abt 15mins on the customer care line - just to find out they have no Recorded of my order - I was told a Full refund will be provided as there was a issue on there end.
I still see no reflection of the money in my account :( .
Personally for me time is money, I prefer to shop online cause it saves time - I also dont have the time to keep calling to find out if there was a stock error on the site (1st problem), or if they dont have a record of my order and I need to request a refund... and nothing happens.
Now I need to call again to Receive the money thats owed to me.
I would assume you dont charge some one if u cant provide them the Goods -As for something like this to come from a Huge company like Woolworth Its shocking :(
