I am so sick and tired of placing orders with WOOLWORTH ON-LINE FOOD SHOPPING since the first time I have used them I have never had an order where all the goods would be in stock and then they phone you to let you know they don't have it in stock they will send you the substitutions and the they DON'T even send you the stuff they said they would and the previous time I ordered they said they won't charge me for the delivery but then they still deliver the wrong stuff I am so frustrated to deal with them as they also take forever to answer the calls at the cal centre I mean really what happened to good service???
