I purchaced a 2kg Spekko rice at Pick n Pay Greenstone. I realized that the rice had squared ice cubed sized rice particels glued together with green mould. Same day of purchasing the goods 7 Jan 2013 I contacted the Sasko Careline are reported the matter. They said someone will give me a call the to arrange to pick up the package. Package was collected on the 9Jan. I was notified that I would recieve correspondence from them between 7 to 14 days. No correspondence was recieved and no followup calls where recieved. I called the center and asked what was the hold up and they said correspondance was on the way. A week later I called them again and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor promised that she will take the matter up and ensure that the correspondance which she said its a voucher be sent to me using a tracking system. A week passed and nothing. I then called again and told them that I am giving them a last chance to sort this matter out... nothing. This is very upsetting as no one is bothered by this issue except for me. Ref numbers13-02-81, 13-01-158. I have photos of the rotten rice. Can someone please intervene in this matter. Vanessa
