Money that went of from my debit account

Good Morning on the 29th of December 2012 I went to the Woolworths store in Randfontein to pay my TOPTV and I used my debit card the money went off my account but Woolworths told me it never went through so I to take a statement to show them the money went off so they told me they will send it to Head Office and it will take 7 days to get my money but then they called me back telling me I must bring them another statement to show them that I never received my money but still nothing happend.
