Unfortunately I am unable to hold for assistance at the call centre.
My Edgars account for Account number 7000100100098693856, is not being emailed to me anymore and furthermore the account sms's received on my blackberry are now coming through blank (worked before).
Please can you assist as the Edgars website does not reflect the latest account information and I now have NO statements being mailed/emailed/sms for the last few months.
I have mailed both the accounts and customer care and yet this morning I received my blank statement on my blackberry.
And it seems I am not the only customer not receiving statements!!!
