I went to Checkers today to purchase a few stuff i needed, I went to the koisk as I need a packet of cigarrets as well, as i empty my baskette, which was less than 8 parcels, the lady at the koisk told me i cant pay here for the food, when I asked to speak to the manager she simply replied with an attitude that she doesnt know where the manger is. The non food manager (Moses Madiba) came didnt even listen to me aurgued with me and said I cant pay there, I refused to move and after 20min of arguing they helped me The lady at the koiks also refused to give me her name (she wasnt wearing her name tag. Whatever happened to customer service, are people forgetting how important customers are and that the customers are the reason their business is currently exsisting??? Checkers please change your staff memebers mindsets, coz they think they are doing the customers a favour by helping them, and in fact the customers are doing them a favour by supporting the organisation that they are working for, and creating jobs for them! EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!!
